This is a working shop: to take an order we collect an email address, a shipping address, and — through Stripe, never through us — a payment method. Signing in is passwordless. We use Google Analytics to see which pages and blends people visit.

Orders. Placing an order, as a guest or signed in, stores the order number, its contents, its status, and its total in our database. Signing in later with the same email address gathers any guest orders into your account automatically.

Shipping addresses. If you save an address, we store the recipient name, street address, city, state, postal code, country and phone number you provide. An order already placed keeps its own copy of the address it shipped to — changing or deleting a saved address never rewrites where a past order went.

Payment. Card numbers are typed on Stripe’s own checkout page and never reach our servers. If you save a card for faster checkout, what we hold is an opaque Stripe Customer reference — an id that means nothing outside Stripe’s system — not the card itself.

Account access. There is no password. Signing in sends a one-time link or code to your email address; we store that address and the fact that it was confirmed.

Notification preferences. If you choose which order updates you receive, we store that choice against your account.

Journal and reservation signups. Joining the journal list or reserving a future release stores the email address you enter and which form it came from.

This shop uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and which blends and experiences people look at. That means standard analytics cookies and event data — page views, and interactions like building an experience box — sent to Google. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we don’t sell any data we collect.

Stripe processes every payment and holds your payment details under its own terms and security standards. We never see or store a full card number.

Supabase hosts the database and sign-in system behind this shop. It stores what is described above, secured by row-level policies so an account can only ever read its own orders, addresses and preferences.

Google receives analytics events as described above.

This is separate from www.morelifesoc.com, the institutional site, which is technically walled off from this shop and cannot read anything described here.

Every journal email has an unsubscribe link. You can edit or remove a saved address, remove a saved card, and change your notification preferences at any time from My Apothecary. To have your account and its data deleted, or to ask anything about this policy, write to peace@morelifesoc.com — we will do it and confirm when it’s done, short of records we’re required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
