Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases made at shop.morelifesoc.com. The institutional site at www.morelifesoc.com and the Access Intelligence app operate under their own terms.

Every blend is a food product — loose-leaf tea and botanical ingredients, listed in full on its product page. Nothing sold here is a medicine, a supplement making a treatment claim, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, check the ingredient list against your own situation or ask a professional before drinking a blend.

An order is placed once payment is confirmed by Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are shown in US dollars and are tax-inclusive or have tax calculated at checkout, as stated at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods Stripe offers at checkout — currently card, Cash App Pay, and Klarna where available.

Write to us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered preparation or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping cost and estimated timing are shown in your cart before you pay. We ship to the address on the order at the time it was placed; editing a saved address afterward does not change where an order already in progress is sent.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise wrong, write to us with your order number and photographs of the package and contents, and we will make it right. Because these are consumable food products, we don’t accept returns of opened blends for reasons other than a problem with the order itself.

An account is optional and free. Signing in is passwordless — we send a one-time link or code to your email address rather than asking you to hold a password. Guest orders placed with the same email are gathered into an account automatically the first time you sign in.

This is early work and these terms will be revised as the shop grows. Where a page describes something as in production or planned, that is a statement of current intent, not a guarantee.
